Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
๐ฆ Return Conditions
Any item that is used or returned without proper packaging will not be accepted.
- The item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- It is returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and inserts.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or products purchased with discounts are non-refundable.
- Used, opened, or unpackaged products cannot be returned.
๐ณ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you within 7 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued according to your original payment method.
Refund Timelines
Cash on Delivery: Refund will be sent via InstaPay or any e-wallet within 3 business days after approval.
Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund will be issued to the same card within 14 business days after approval.
๐ Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
